We’re proud to announce that Techreach Agency is now officially accredited by the Good Business Charter, the UK’s benchmark for responsible business behaviour.

This independent recognition reflects how we treat our people, clients, suppliers and the wider community. It is an important milestone for our agency and a public commitment to continue doing business the right way.

What is the Good Business Charter?

The Good Business Charter was founded in 2020 by Julian Richer, founder of Richer Sounds. It was developed with support from organisations including the Confederation of British Industry, the Trades Union Congress and the Federation of Small Businesses.

Its purpose is to give people a simple and trusted way to identify organisations that take responsible business practices seriously.

Accreditation covers ten key areas. Unlike schemes where businesses can achieve an overall score while falling short in certain areas, the Good Business Charter requires an organisation to meet every one of its commitments.

That is what makes the accreditation a meaningful mark of trust, rather than simply another badge for businesses to display.

The ten commitments we have made

To achieve accreditation, Techreach Agency committed to meeting all ten components of the Good Business Charter:

1. Real Living Wage

We are committed to paying every directly employed member of our team at least the real Living Wage, which is independently calculated by the Living Wage Foundation.

2. Fair Hours and Contracts

We believe working arrangements should be clear and fair. Any flexible working arrangements are managed responsibly, with transparency around hours and expectations.

3. Employee Well-being

We have fair policies in place to support the health and well-being of our team. Nobody should be treated unfairly for experiencing genuine illness or needing support.

4. Employee Representation

Everyone within Techreach Agency has a genuine voice in how the business operates and can contribute to decisions that affect their work.

5. Diversity and Inclusion

We are committed to creating an inclusive agency. This includes reviewing diversity within the business, identifying areas for improvement and taking meaningful action to reduce disadvantage.

6. Environmental Responsibility

We have an environmental policy that sets out how we will reduce our impact and continue improving the sustainability of our business.

7. Paying Fair Tax

We are open and honest about the tax we pay. We do not participate in tax avoidance schemes and maintain a transparent relationship with HMRC.

8. Commitment to Customers

We make clear commitments to our clients, actively gather feedback and use what we learn to improve how we deliver our services.

9. Ethical Sourcing

We want the businesses and professionals within our supply chain to share our values. We therefore consider how suppliers and partners treat their own people and conduct their businesses.

10. Prompt Payment to Suppliers

We are committed to paying at least 95% of our suppliers on time, with the aim of settling invoices within 30 days unless another payment schedule has been agreed.

Why Techreach Agency chose to join

We built Techreach Agency to help UK managed service providers and technology businesses grow through honest, well-executed marketing.

We do not believe in inflated promises, confusing reports or marketing activity that looks busy but delivers no real value. That same straightforward approach should apply to how we run our own agency.

Becoming Good Business Charter accredited is not simply a marketing exercise for us. It is a public commitment to the standards we believe every responsible business should follow.

That means:

  • Paying people fairly
  • Supporting the well-being of our team
  • Listening to our clients
  • Treating suppliers with respect
  • Paying invoices promptly
  • Acting responsibly towards the environment
  • Being honest and transparent about tax

Because accreditation requires organisations to meet all ten commitments, there is nowhere to hide behind a good overall score. Every area matters.

It also gives our clients something concrete. Rather than simply taking our word for it, they can see that Techreach Agency has committed to a recognised, independently defined standard of responsible business behaviour.

What our accreditation means for our clients

A partner you can verify

Our Good Business Charter accreditation provides independent recognition of the standards we have committed to uphold.

Fair treatment throughout our supply chain

The fairness we apply within our own team extends to the freelancers, specialists, partners and suppliers who support the work we deliver for our clients.

Straightforward communication

We actively ask for client feedback and ensure it reaches the people responsible for leading the agency. It is used to improve our services, processes and client experience.

A business built for the long term

Fair pay, prompt supplier payments and responsible business practices create stronger foundations. They help us build an agency that our clients, team and partners can rely on for the long term.

An important milestone for Techreach Agency

We are incredibly proud to have achieved Good Business Charter accreditation in 2026.

For us, responsible business is about more than policies or statements. It is about the decisions we make every day and the way we treat the people who work with us.

This accreditation recognises the standards we have established and gives us a clear framework for continuing to improve as Techreach Agency grows.
